I have to say I’d has some really great food today! Stayed right around my calorie limit. 30 calories over…not too bad. So here’s what I had…

Almond Biscotti soy latte (200) not pictured
Tilapia (80) and baked sweet potato (200)
Whole grain tortilla (100) beef, peppers and onion (200), Rice (125), beans (40) and cheese (55)
Chocolate chip cookie (120)
GRAND TOTAL: 1530
Yum! Such a good day of food! Another to day to be proud of my good work!
