For some reason I just cannot get a grip today.
Instead of doing my yoga this morning I ate about 5 servings of Boursin cheese with pretzels. 400 calories of cheese. What the heck is wrong with me? I always ruin the good work I’ve done. It’s so annoying!!
My first thought was screw it, I’ll just eat whatever I want today. The thing is I know I can recover from this; I had a small breakfast and a small lunch and I know my dinner will be 300 calories. I can still wake up tomorrow with a lower number than today.
Time to rescue my self control from the freezing water.
