Seriously. I’m never good on the weekends. My husband loves eating out and of course so do I. I always have good intentions and then Blake suggests that we get a burger for dinner and 30 minutes later I’m having a bacon burger, fries, and a few beers. UGH!
I need to get my head in the game! And stay in every single day!
I don’t want to be a whiner or lay down excuses, but I have been dealing with a ton of stress the last few days. When life attacks its hits like a hurricane! In handling all my stress my healthy habits get put on the back burner. I know things will get better and easier, and I’ll be right back on track.
