I feel like I’ve lost my motivation. Or maybe it’s just hiding.
I have been drinking tons of water, yesterday I had at least 6-24oz cups of water. 144 ounces. WOW.
I’ve been eating salad nearly every single day. Mixed greens, tomatoes, avocado, green pepper and protein: chicken, ham, or mahi mahi fish.
I’ve been eating fruit with breakfast everyday.
I’ve been limiting the number of grains I’ve been eating.
I’m so frustrated!
The scale hasn’t moved, all week. Its been right around 202.
I’ve been doing the things that usually motivate me like browsing pinterest.
I’ve got to find my motivation again.
What do you do to motivate yourself? I could use some new ideas.
