As you know I’ve been participating in a cook at home challenge led by Kenlie at All The Weigh. This is the end of week 3. Unfortunately I missed week 2, because my days were all mixed up!
This week turned out to be a good cooking week. I made a big pot of chili using ground turkey! I made a chixken salad using a rotisserie chicken, tomato, and avocado served in a tortilla. And I’ve been enjoying spinach based smoothies for lunch everyday!
But I didn’t take any darn pictures! What is wrong with me?!
I’m looking forward to week 4 and taking lots of pictures! Hopefully I can cook up some really healthy stuff!
