Hello, hello.

I’m not feeling very inspired today. Nothing Extraordinary or exciting happened.

I’ve been working super hard at work. We have a big project coming up soon, so we are working around the clock to things done. I went in on Saturday for a few hours, and I’ve worked late the last two days. I have no idea what to expect the rest of this week.

All this work has made it a little difficult to stick to the work schedule I created the other day. Good thing “flexibilty” is my middle name. Here’s a look at my revised schedule…

Monday: 3 mile run REST
Tuesday: Bootcamp or other full body workouts 3 mile run (negative splits) & arms
Wednesday: 3 mile run & RIPPED
Thursday: 4 mile run outside
Friday: REST
Saturday: Hiking with my hubby (tenative)
Sunday: TBD Maybe more hiking or maybe a rest day 3 mile run

We are planning to go camping this weekend, but it may or may not happen. If it does we will be hiking all day, if not I will head to the gym. Or perhaps we will do a different hike close to home. We will just have to play it by ear.
